ADAM JOSEPH WELLS
is a Midwest-raised commercial and editorial photographer currently living on a boat in Seattle, Washington.
What started as ‘borrowing’ his dad’s Nikon FG-20 some 10 years ago has led to documenting narratives around the globe. Whether capturing surf culture in Nicaragua, backpacking across Patagonia, traversing New Zealand or helping protect the indigenous lands of Indonesia’s Mollo tribe his adventurous spirit is vast, visual curiosity broad and, at every turn, he finds a story worth sharing through the art of photography.
Wells works with analog and digital photography to craft a slightly romanticized and nostalgia-laden visual journal which invites any viewer along for the ride.
